Crockpot Pizza Soup
- 1 jar (14 Oz. Size) Pizza Sauce
- 6 cups Water
- 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Seeded And Chopped
- 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 1/2 cups Red Onion, Chopped
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 pound Italian Sausage, Browned, Grease Drained, Sliced
- 1 cup Pepperoni Slices, Sliced In Quarters
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1/3 cups Pasta, Uncooked (penne Or Elbow Works Fine - Use Your Favorite)
- Dump all the ingredients into a crockpot except for the pasta. The pasta will be added 30 minutes before you are ready to serve. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Since everything is already cooked, you are just allowing all of the flavors to meld. Thirty minutes before serving, stir in the dry pasta and finish cooking. Makes 6-8 servings.
