Classic Fudge Pudding Pops
- 2/3 cups Sugar
- 1/3 cups Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cups Cornstarch
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 cups Milk, Dairy Or Non-dairy
- 1/2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 10 Wooden Popsicle Sticks
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch and salt.
- Gradually whisk in the milk and continue whisking until combined. Bring the pudding mixture to a boil, and whisk until the pudding has thickened, about 5-6 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat, and whisk in the chocolate chips until melted.
- Let the pudding cool slightly, about 10 minutes.
- Once the pudding has cooled for 10 minutes, divide the pudding between 8-10 small paper cups.
- Freeze the pops until slightly frozen, about 1 hour. Remove the pops from the freezer, and place a wooden stick in the center of each pop.
- Return to the freezer, and freeze for at least 5 hours.
- Once frozen, remove the paper cup from around the fudge pop, and enjoy!
