Curry Mustard Barbecue Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until all ingredients are dissolved, stirring as the sauce cooks. Taste, and adjust any of the seasonings to your preference. If the sauce is too thick, add more stock or water 1 tablespoon at a time to thin it out. Serve with your favorite grilled or smoked protein!
