Beef And Cheese Bake
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 tomato slices
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water until tender, 8 to 10 minutes; drain.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter; saute onion and green pepper.
- Add ground beef and cook until brown. Stir in tomato sauce and remove from heat.
