Almond & Joy Smoothie

  1. 1. Add all ingredients into a blender (except the ice and the shredded coconut) and process until smooth.
  2. 2. Add the ice and pulse until pulverized.
  3. 3. Transfer to a serving glass and stir in 1 1/2 tablespoons shredded coconut.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 tablespoon on top and serve immediately.
