Party Potatoes
- 2 pounds Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes, Thawed
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cups Onion, Minced
- 10 ounces, weight Cream Of Chicken Soup (1 Can)
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Corn Flakes
- 1/2 cups Butter Or Margarine, Melted
- Mix all of the ingredients, except for the corn flakes and the butter, together. Spread in a 9x13 pan.
- Put the corn flakes in a plastic bag and crunch into small pieces using a kitchen hammer, rolling pin, or any weapon devised by your creativity. However, don't overdo it. You don't want crumbs, you want small pieces!
- Sprinkle the corn flakes over the potato mixture. Pour the melted butter over the corn flakes.
- Bake uncovered in a 325-degree oven for 1 hour. Let stand to cool. Serve, enjoy, and continue eating.
