Quick Garden Cheese Soup(Good And Easy)

  1. In a large kettle, cook celery and onions in oleo until tender. Stir in flour until smooth.
  2. (Take off heat while you stir in flour.
  3. Will thicken quickly.)
  4. Gradually add water, then bouillon. Add pepper and the vegetables.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  7. Add milk and cheese; continue to simmer until cheese melts.
  8. Do not boil as it will curdle.
