Delicious Beef Stew
- 2 pounds Stewing Beef, Cut Into 1 Inch Cubes
- 3 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 5 cups Water
- 1 package (1 1/2 Oz. Packet) Clubhouse Beef Stew Seasoning Mix
- 3 Large White Potatoes, Julienned Thick Or Cubed
- 4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 Hot Pepper, Sliced With Seeds
- 10 Baby Carrots Chopped
- 1/2 Sweet Green Pepper, Diced
- 1/2 cups White Mushrooms, Chopped
- 1 Green Onion, Coined
- 1 Small Onion, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Chili Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1. Coat stewing beef with flour
- 2. Heat the vegetable oil in pot on medium/high heat and brown the beef in batches.
- 3. Return all beef to pot and add water with seasoning mix. Stir to combine.
- 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Add all vegetables, chili pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt to pot and cook for 45 minutes longer, mix well and stir every 10 minutes until done.
- 6. Enjoy!
