Lasagna Rolls(No Fat)
- 1 tsp. canola oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can Italian tomatoes with liquid on
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. low-fat Ricotta cheese or light
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- Cook lasagna noodles, drain and cool.
- Mix low-fat Ricotta cheese or light, spinach, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
- Spray casserole with Pam.
- Spread spinach on noodles and roll up and cut in half.
- Put ruffled edges up and line in dish, then pour sauce over the noodles and bake, uncovered, 35 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Makes 18 rolls.
- Serve with vegetable and salad.
