Lasagna Rolls(No Fat)

  1. Cook lasagna noodles, drain and cool.
  2. Mix low-fat Ricotta cheese or light, spinach, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Spray casserole with Pam.
  4. Spread spinach on noodles and roll up and cut in half.
  5. Put ruffled edges up and line in dish, then pour sauce over the noodles and bake, uncovered, 35 minutes at 350u0b0.
  6. Makes 18 rolls.
  7. Serve with vegetable and salad.
