Avocado And Cheese Stuffed Buns
- 12 ounces, weight Refrigerated Pizza Dough (canned)
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted, And Diced
- 1-1/2 cup Muenster Cheese, Shredded
- 1-1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Sea Salt
- Preheat oven to 500 F. Using about a fist full of dough, gently stretch it out as flat as you can on your work surface. Place a few chunks of avocado in the center, then a tablespoon of each cheese. Fold all sides upwards and pinch together to seal. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling then put all of the rolls on a rimmed baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until slightly brown. If you like crispy bread, leave it in a few minutes longer!
