Zesty Lo-Cal French

  1. Combine cornstarch and water in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and clear.
  3. Put all remaining ingredients in blender and blend to 3 to 4 minutes. Stir into cornstarch mix and cook until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat. Cool.
  5. Store in refrigerator.
  6. Keeps well. Makes about 1 quart.
