Easiest Pasta Con Broccoli Ever
- 1 box Shell Noodles (12-16 Ounce Box)
- 1 bag Broccoli, Frozen (12-16 Ounce Bag) Or Fresh
- 3 sticks Real Butter
- 2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 12 ounces, fluid Half-and-half
- 1/2 cups Crushed Garlic
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- Cook broccoli and boil noodles according to package directions. Drain. Then add to a casserole dish and mix.
- Heat butter, soup and half and half over medium heat. Add garlic and cheese.
- Pour sauce over broccoli/noodle mixture and bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
- Feeds an army. Use as much garlic as you like. My family prefers more garlic. Also for my secret ingredient I add green olive juice for a little zip. If I'm feeling really zippy I puree some olives in. No one will ever know. Also sometimes I don't even bake it-depending on if dinner is ready to be served. All ingredients are cooked when you mix it so all is well!!! Love this one.
