Easy Asian Steak Salad
- FOR THE STEAK SALAD:
- 2 Ribeye Steaks
- 1/2 cups Soy Sauce Or Coconut Aminos
- 4 cups Raw Spinach
- 4 Radishes, Sliced Thin
- Sesame Seeds, For Garnish
- FOR THE ASIAN SESAME DRESSING:
- 1/2 cups Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce Or Coconut Aminos
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1/8 Tablespoons Liquid Stevia
- Place each steak in a zip top bag with 1/4 cup soy sauce. Zip up the bags and allow to marinate on the counter for 1 hour.
- Remove steaks from bag and discard marinade.
- In a cast iron skillet on high heat, cook steaks to desired doneness. I did 4 minutes on each side for medium.
- Let steaks rest for 10 minutes on a cutting board.
- While steaks are resting, make the dressing. Add dressing ingredients to a jar with a lid and shake to combine.
- Assemble the salads. Add 2 cups of spinach and half of the sliced radish to each 2 bowls. Slice steaks into 1/2-inch thick pieces and add those to the salads. Drizzle dressing on top and garnish with sesame seeds.
