Easy Blue Cheese Vinaigrette
- 2 Tablespoons Sherry Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Oregano, Dried
- 1 dash Salt To Taste
- 2 dashes Pepper To Taste
- 1/2 cups Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Mix sherry vinegar and apple cider vinegar in a large bowl.
- Add in garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper, whisk to combine. Go easy on the salt, you can add more at the end if you need it.
- Add olive oil while whisking to mix the dressing together. Taste. If the mixture is too sharp with vinegar to you, add more oil. If it's too bland, add more vinegar.
- Add blue cheese and whisk again, breaking up the crumbles and bringing the dressing together.
- Then if you're like me, add some more cheese.
- The dressing is now finished, you can store it in the fridge for a couple of days or serve right away.
- Toss lettuce lightly in the vinaigrette and serve immediately.
