Chocolate Chip Bean Blondies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Spray an 8 x 8 brownie pan with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. In a food processor or blender, add all the ingredients except chocolate chips. Process until smooth, you may have to scrape the sides of the blender down a couple of times. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean, brownies are done.
  4. Leave in pan to cool before cutting.
