Mam'S Easy Lasagna
- 1 pkg. vegetarian loaf mix or 1/2 to 3/4 c. dehydrated beef-style vegetable protein bits
- 9 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 1 large can chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. Mozzarella or soy cheese
- 1 c. Ricotta or 1/4 c. Parmesan (if desired)
- 1 pkg. frozen Saucettes
- Stir 1 cup of hot water into loaf mix.
- Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, oregano, basil and garlic powder.
- Grease or spray a 9 x 12-inch or equivalent baking dish.
- Cover bottom of dish with a thin layer of sauce mixture.
- Arrange 3 noodles on top of sauce. Top with a little sauce and part of cheese mixture.
- Repeat process 2 more times, ending with Mozzarella cheese on top.
- Top with separated frozen Saucettes.
- Cook at 325u0b0 for 1 hour.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
