Mandarin Orange Bread

  1. Mix butter, orange segments, orange juice, sugar, salt and yeast. Add flour 1 cup at a time and continue mixing until dough is elastic. Place in greased bowl, turning to coat and cover with damp towel to rise.
  2. After dough has doubled in size, punch down and knead a few times. Shape into a loaf and add to a greased bread pan. Cover with damp towel. Allow to rise for 45-60 minutes.
  3. When the bread has finished rising, whisk together water and egg white. Brush gently over surface of bread and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 400u0b0F for 25-30 minutes, until lightly browned.
