Broccoli Chicken Casserole

  1. Boil margarine, water and onion in large saucepan.
  2. Add broccoli.
  3. Return to low boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add 1 1/2 cups rice.
  5. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 to 7 minutes, until rice is fluffy.
  6. Stir in cream of chicken soup and Cheez Whiz.
  7. Return to low heat, if needed, to melt cheese.
  8. Stir in chicken and heat until ready to serve.
  9. Or, at this point, place in casserole dish, top with bread crumbs and cook at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
  10. Serves 4 to 6.
