Basil Dressing Layered Salad
- 3 cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce
- 2 cups Shredded Marble Cheese, Divided
- 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 1/2 cups Sliced Red Onion
- 1-1/2 cup Sliced Cucumber
- 2 Tomatoes, Sliced
- 1-1/2 cup Cooked And Cooled Peas
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups Chopped Fresh Basil, Or You Can Use 2-3 Teaspoons Of Dried Basil
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 4 slices Cooked Crisp Bacon
- 1. Find a nice large see-through bowl.
- 2 Start with lettuce and then layer 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, mushrooms, onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, and peas.
- 3. In a separate bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, basil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- 4. Spread sour cream mixture on top of the salad.
- 5. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and chopped bacon.
- 6. Serve, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
