Broccoli Packets (For The Grill)

  1. Put the broccoli florets into a bowl. Toss the chives, parsley and oil with the broccoli. Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste.
  2. Preheat your grill for medium heat. Cut off four 10-inch sheets of foil and put them on your work surface. To prepare the packets, put about a cup of the broccoli in the center of a 10 inch sheet of foil. Bring the top and bottom of the foil up and roll down, then just roll the sides in.
  3. Put the packets onto the grill and grill for 10 to 15 minutes with the grill cover on. Remove from grill. Open carefully (they're hot!!)
  4. Enjoy!
