Broccoli Packets (For The Grill)
- 4 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1/4 cups Fresh Chives, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (warmed To Liquify It)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
- Put the broccoli florets into a bowl. Toss the chives, parsley and oil with the broccoli. Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste.
- Preheat your grill for medium heat. Cut off four 10-inch sheets of foil and put them on your work surface. To prepare the packets, put about a cup of the broccoli in the center of a 10 inch sheet of foil. Bring the top and bottom of the foil up and roll down, then just roll the sides in.
- Put the packets onto the grill and grill for 10 to 15 minutes with the grill cover on. Remove from grill. Open carefully (they're hot!!)
- Enjoy!
