Easy White Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
  2. Mix together flour, soda and salt in a separate bowl. Add to the butter/sugar/egg mixture. Mix well. Fold in oatmeal, chips and cranberries. Dough will be stiff.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  4. For a doughier cookie, increase flour to 2 cups.
  5. You can switch the cranberries and white chocolate chips to any other dried fruit and baking chip to create a different flavor.
