Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Cookies
- 1 box (18 Oz. Size) Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 1/2 cups Butter, Melted And Cooled
- 2 whole Large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Chocoalte Chips (Semi-Sweet Or Milk)
- 1-1/2 cup Crushed Pretzel Sticks
- 1-1/2 cup Kraft Brand Caramel Bits
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. In a stand mixer, mix together cake mix and melted butter. In a small bowl, lightly beat together eggs and vanilla. Toss in chocolate chips, crushed pretzel sticks and caramel bits and mix until well combined. Using a 1-ounce scoop (equals 2 tablespoons), scoop out cookie dough and place on a cookie sheet, 12 per cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes then cool completely on a wire rack ... if they can last that long!
- A fun and simple addition: When you've got the cookie dough balls on the sheet, sprinkle lightly with kosher or sea salt before baking.
