Meat Ball Stew

  1. Measure Corn Flakes into large bowl.
  2. Crush slightly.
  3. Stir into egg, 1/4 cup beef broth, salt and pepper.
  4. Beat well and add ground beef.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Make into balls and brown meat balls in oil in frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Pour off excess fat.
  8. Stir in the remaining beef broth, tomato soup, water, thyme, carrots, onion rings and potatoes.
  9. Cover and cook over medium heat about 25 minutes or until meat balls are thoroughly cooked.
  10. Pour into individual bowls.
  11. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
