Feta Ranch Chopped Salad
- FOR THE RANCH DRESSING:
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 1/4 cups Half-and-half
- 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 clove Grated Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Or Fresh Chopped Dill
- 1/4 cups Feta Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 8 cups Chopped Lettuce Or Other Salad Greens
- 1/2 cups Chopped Tomatoes (optional)
- 1/2 cups Chopped Cucumber (optional)
- 1/2 cups Chopped Radishes (optional)
- 1/2 cups Chopped Celery (optional)
- 1/2 cups Diced Avocado (optional)
- 1/2 cups Diced Onion (optional)
- 1/2 cups Sliced Bell Pepper, Any Color (optional)
- 1/2 cups Sliced Scallions (optional)
- 1/2 cups Chopped Fresh Herbs (optional)
- 1/2 cups Chopped Nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cups Grated Or Crumbled Cheese (optional)
- For the dressing, add all ingredients to a jar and shake vigorously to combine. Taste, and adjust seasoning as you'd like. If the dressing is very thick, add a bit more half and half to make it pourable.
- For the salad, combine everything in a large bowl. Pour over a bit of dressing and toss together with tongs. Serve with more dressing for drizzling if desired.
