Low-Fat Chocolate Brownies

  1. Beat margarine at medium speed of an electric mixer until fluffy.
  2. Gradually add sugar and beat well.
  3. Add egg whites, sour cream, milk and vanilla; beat well.
  4. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; stir well.
  5. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, mixing well.
  6. Pour batter into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with vegetable cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
  8. Cool in pan.
  9. Yields 24 servings.
  10. Spread Creamy Chocolate Frosting.
