Coffee And Orange Chocolate Truffles

  1. In a medium size glass bowl (that can be used in the microwave), add the chocolate chips. Then add the cream and the coffee granules. Stir together.
  2. Heat the chocolate chip mixture in the microwave for 60 seconds and then stir. Then heat for another 40 seconds and stir.
  3. Add the orange flavor and stir. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for about 2 hours or until the chocolate is firm enough to roll.
  4. Put the unsweetened cocoa powder in a shallow bowl.
  5. Remove the cold chocolate mixture from the fridge and use a spoon to scrape out the chocolate. Roll the chocolate into balls with your hands. Then roll the chocolate balls in the powdered cocoa. Make sure that you completely cover all sides with the powdered cocoa and set the balls on a plate.
  6. Store in the fridge then serve at room temperature.
