Applesauce Chocolate Chip Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour a bundt pan.
  2. Whisk flour through pepper together (dry ingredients plus sugar). Whisk in applesauce, eggs, oil, and butter. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Pour in the pan and bake for about one hour and fifteen minutes, or until a toothpick comes out almost clean. Let cool. This is really delicious served with creme fraiche. I apologize for introducing you to this.
