Double Chocolate Brownie Cookies
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 1-1/2 cup White Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Flour
- 2/3 cups Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1-1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease baking sheets or use parchment paper. (I love parchment paper. So much cleaner!)
- 2. In a large bowl, beat together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- 3. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add to the butter mixture until well blended.
- 4. Mix in the chocolate chips.
- 5. Scoop and drop onto baking sheets.
- 6. Bake for 8-10 minutes (probably 10).
- Enjoy the chewy, chocolatey goodness!
- Note: Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies depending on size.
