Double Chocolate Brownie Cookies

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease baking sheets or use parchment paper. (I love parchment paper. So much cleaner!)
  2. 2. In a large bowl, beat together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  3. 3. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add to the butter mixture until well blended.
  4. 4. Mix in the chocolate chips.
  5. 5. Scoop and drop onto baking sheets.
  6. 6. Bake for 8-10 minutes (probably 10).
  7. Enjoy the chewy, chocolatey goodness!
  8. Note: Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies depending on size.
