Breakfast Parfait Jar
- FOR THE OVERNIGHT OATMEAL:
- 1/4 cups Old Fashion Oats
- 1/4 cups Milk, Non-fat
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- FOR THE ADD-INS:
- 1/2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt, Non-fat
- 1/2 cups Strawberries, Diced
- 1/2 cups Blueberries
- 1/2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- Granola, For Sprinkling
- The night before, make your overnight oatmeal: Place oatmeal, milk, vanilla, chia seeds and cinnamon in a bowl, stir, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, layer in this order:
- 1/4 cup of yogurt
- 1/4 cup of strawberries
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- oatmeal
- peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup of yogurt
- 1/4 cup of strawberries
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- Sprinkle with granola!
