“Fountain Of Youth” Spanish Salad

  1. 1. In a medium bowl, toss together lettuce, tomato, onion, swiss cheese, ham, turkey and olives.
  2. 2. Place garlic, oregano and worcestershire sauce in a small bowl, whisk until smooth.
  3. 3. Slowly whisk in olive oil.
  4. 4. Stir in vinegar and lemon juice.
  5. 5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
  7. 7. Add Romano cheese and toss. Serve immediately.
  8. Makes one 400 calorie serving.
