Artichoke Ham Quiche
- 5 whole Eggs At Room Temperature
- 3/4 cups Half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 cup Swiss Or Gruyere Cheese, Shredded (I Found A Pre Shredded Mix Of These At Trader Joe's)
- 1 cup Ham, Diced
- 2 whole Green Onions, Sliced Thinly
- 1 cup Artichoke Hearts Diced, I Use Canned In Water
- 1/2 cups Bell Pepper, Diced, Any Color Or A Mix Of Colors
- 1 whole 9" Pie Crust, Store Bought Or Homemade
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
- Wash and chop or slice all ingredients and place in a bowl (I used a measuring cup for easy measuring and cleanup).
- In a medium bowl, mix the eggs, half-and-half, salt, and pepper until fully incorporated.
- Add the cheese, ham, and veggies and stir until incorporated.
- Roll out pie crust and place in a 9" pie dish. Pour quiche filling into prepared crust and bake for 50- 60 minutes.
- Quiche is done when a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean and the center isn't jiggly. Allow to sit for about 5-10 minutes before serving. May be served hot or at room temperature.
- Serves 6-8. Enjoy!
