Nutty Chocolate Caramel Bar
- 2-1/3 cups All-purpose Flour, Divided
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2 sticks Unsalted Butter, melted
- 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1-1/2 cup Walnuts, Chopped
- 1 cup Caramel Ice Cream Topping

- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine 2 cups flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Add butter; stir until all ingredients are moistened. Reserve 1 cup of the crumb mixture and set it aside. Press remaining mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 13X9 baking pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven; sprinkle with chocolate morsels and walnuts.
- Combine caramel topping and remaining 1/3 cup flour in a small bowl; drizzle over the crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
- Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes more or until browned. Cool completely in pan before cutting into bars.
