Crock Pot Pepper Steak
- 2 lb. Round steak
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1- 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 large bell peppers, cut in strips
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. cold water
- Cooked noodles or rice (your choice)
- Brown round steak strips. Combine browned steak with soy sauce, onion, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper and ginger in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender. Add tomatoes and peppers. Cook on low 1 hour longer. Mix corn starch and water until blended. Add to crock pot. Cook on high until thickened. Serve over noodles or rice.
