Frozen Fruit Salad
- 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
- 16 ounces, weight Frozen, Sliced Strawberries (thawed)
- 1 can (20 Oz. Size) Crushed Pineapple, Drained
- 1 whole Banana, Peeled And Sliced (medium To Large Size)
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts Or Pecans
- 1 container (8 Oz. Size) Whipped Topping, Thawed To Soften It
- In a large bowl beat together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the fruit and nuts. Fold in the whipped topping. Spoon into a 9 x 13" container. Cover and freeze.
- Take it out of the freezer a few minutes before serving (approximately 10 minutes).
- This, of course, can be made ahead of time. Keeps in the freezer for a long time.
- Note: Try spooning this into a graham cracker pie shell. (I told you it could be a dessert as well!)
