Frozen Fruit Salad

  1. In a large bowl beat together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the fruit and nuts. Fold in the whipped topping. Spoon into a 9 x 13" container. Cover and freeze.
  2. Take it out of the freezer a few minutes before serving (approximately 10 minutes).
  3. This, of course, can be made ahead of time. Keeps in the freezer for a long time.
  4. Note: Try spooning this into a graham cracker pie shell. (I told you it could be a dessert as well!)
