Nutella Banana Bread
- 1-2/3 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 4 Medium Very Ripe Bananas, Peeled
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 cup Plus 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Or Canola Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 jar Nutella (13-oz Jar)
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a medium sized bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Puree the bananas in a food processor or powerful blender, then set aside.
- In a large bowl whisk together the eggs and sugar until fluffy (about 10 minutes) then whisk in the oil, banana puree, milk, and vanilla, until combined. Fold in the dry ingredients being careful not to over mix.
- In a greased standard size loaf pan pour half of the banana bread batter. Spoon half of the jar of Nutella as evenly as possible over the batter. Add the rest of the banana bread batter into the pan and smooth the top. Then spoon the rest of the Nutella on top. Gently swirl the Nutella into the batter with a butter knife, again being careful not to over mix.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a butter knife is inserted and comes out with only chocolate (not the yellow banana batter) on it. Let cool and enjoy!
