Sun-Dried Tomatoes Over Pasta

  1. Soak tomatoes in warm water for 45 minutes prior to cooking. Saute onion, mushrooms, garlic and ham in the olive oil until onion is transparent.
  2. Add white wine and cook until reduced by half.
  3. Add cream, tomatoes and black olives.
  4. Bring back to simmer.
  5. Season with white pepper and salt to taste.
  6. Pour sauce mix over pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.
  7. Serves 4.
