Garden Fresh Pasta Salad
- 1 box Bowtie Pasta
- 1 head Broccoli
- 20 slices Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cube Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cups Fresh Parsley
- 1 jar Sun-dried Tomato Dressing
- 1/2 cups Grated Parm. Cheese
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- Add broccoli heads 5 minutes before pasta is done and drain.
- In large bowl, combine cooled pasta and broccoli, sliced tomatoes, bell pepper, and fresh parsley together with dressing. Let sit overnight.
- Right before serving, add your grated parm. cheese and mix well. GREAT for a summer picnic..because there's nothing to spoil like mayo, etc.!
- Add-ins: sliced pepperoni, cubed cheese, black olives, feta cheese, cubed salami, the list is endless. You can even use Italian dressing for a different flavor. You can really add any fresh veggies from your garden that you grow!
