Key Lime Pie
- 1 box (2.6 Oz. Box, 2 Packets In A Box) Dream Whip, Prepared, Divided
- 1 cup Milk, To Prepare The Dream Whip
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla, To Prepare The Dream Whip
- 1 package (Small 4-serving Size) Lime Gelatin
- 1/2 cups Boiling Water (reduce To 1/4 Cup If Using Sugar Free Gelatin)
- 12 ounces, weight Key Lime Pie Yogurt, Fat Free
- 1 whole Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crust
- Lime Zest, For Garnish
- Note: Prep time includes cooling of pie.
- Prepare both packets of Dream Whip whipped topping, using the milk and vanilla as directed in the package. Reserve 1 cup for topping.
- In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in yogurt with a wire whisk. Fold in 3 cups of whipped topping and spread into crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- To serve, top with remaining whipped topping and lime zest.
