Gingerbread Krispie Treats
- 1/4 cups Unsalted Butter, Plus Extra To Grease Pan
- 1-1/4 bag (10 1/2 Oz. Size) Mini Marshmallows, Divided
- 1 box (3.4 Oz. Size) Jell-O Gingerbread Instant Pudding Mix
- 5 cups Crispy Rice Cereal
- 2 cups White Chocolate Morsels, Divided
- 10 whole Gingersnap Cookies Crushed
- Prepare a 9-inch square pan by lining it with foil and rubbing butter over the foil. Set aside.
- In large saucepan, melt butter. Add 1 bag mini marshmallows and stir constantly on low heat, until melted. Fold in pudding mix until combined; remove from heat. Add in cereal. Fold in remaining mini marshmallows and 1 cup white chocolate morsels.
- Press into prepared pan. Melt remaining 1 cup of chocolate morsels. Spread over krispie treats and sprinkle immediately with crushed cookies. Allow to set (about 2 hours). Cut into squares and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
