Lasagna
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 8 large lasagna noodles
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 tsp. ground marjoram
- 1 tsp. Italian seasonings or oregano
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- sprinkle of garlic powder
- 1 large carton small curd cottage cheese
- 6 slices Mozzarella cheese (8 oz. pkg.)
- grated Parmesan cheese
- Brown ground beef with onion and drain.
- Combine tomato sauce, tomato
- paste and spices together in pot.tdd drained meat. Bring

- boiltnd
- then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, covered.
- Stir
- occasionally
- and
- may
- add
- a small amount
- of water as needed.
- Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles.
