Gluten Free Bread Machine Bread
- 1 cup Oat Flour (I Grind Down McCain's Quick Cooking Oatmeal)
- 1 cup Potato Starch
- 1/4 cups Brown Rice Flour
- 1/4 cups Sorghum Flour
- 2 teaspoons Xanthan Gum
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Flax Meal
- 2 Tablespoons Potato Milk Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Instant Dry Rapid Yeast
- 1/2 teaspoons Authentic Brand Dough Enhancer (optional)
- 1-1/2 cup Warm Water
- 4 Tablespoons Light Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar, Honey, Or Agave Nectar
- 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
- Whisk all the dry ingredients together and set aside.
- Pour all the liquid ingredients-water, sugar, oil, and vinegar into the bread machine.
- Add the dry ingredients to the bread machine.
- Set the bread machine to the rapid cycle and start.
