Gluten Free Brownies In A Jar
- 16 ounces, weight Package Of Glutino Gluten Free Brownie Mix
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain
- 1 teaspoon Espresso Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 2 whole Egg Whites
- 7 whole 8 Oz Mason Jars, Preferably Wide Mouth
- Preheat oven 350 F. Spray mason jars with cooking spray and set them aside.
- In a bowl, add the package of brownie mix, yogurt, espresso powder, vanilla extract, water and egg whites and mix until thoroughly mixed.
- Fill mason jars about 2/3rds full with brownie batter. Place jars on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 30 minutes or until center is firm. Test brownie with a toothpick. If you insert a toothpick into the middle of a brownie and it comes out clean brownies are done.
- Notes:
- - Do not bake them with lids on.
- - You can also follow these instructions and bake the brownies in an 8 x 8 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray for 30 minutes.
- - Calories will only be 124 for 16 brownies.
