Gluten Free Brownies In A Jar

  1. Preheat oven 350 F. Spray mason jars with cooking spray and set them aside.
  2. In a bowl, add the package of brownie mix, yogurt, espresso powder, vanilla extract, water and egg whites and mix until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Fill mason jars about 2/3rds full with brownie batter. Place jars on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 30 minutes or until center is firm. Test brownie with a toothpick. If you insert a toothpick into the middle of a brownie and it comes out clean brownies are done.
  4. Notes:
  5. - Do not bake them with lids on.
  6. - You can also follow these instructions and bake the brownies in an 8 x 8 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray for 30 minutes.
  7. - Calories will only be 124 for 16 brownies.
