Cheesy Ham And Veggie Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
  2. If making a homemade pie shell, make pie crust and place into a 9" pie dish and set aside. If using a store-bought crust, place into a 9" pie dish and set aside.
  3. Wash and chop ham, bell pepper, and green onions. Grate cheese. In a large bowl beat eggs until they are well scrambled.
  4. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and pour into prepared pie shell.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until completely set. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean and the very middle shouldn't be jiggly.
  6. Yummy, yummy, yummy!
  7. Serves 6-8.
