Banana Split Fun
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 bananas
- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping
- semi-sweet chocolate, shredded
- maraschino cherries
- In a mixing bowl, toss together the graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup melted butter.
- Press mixture in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- In a small bowl, beat the remaining 1/2 cup butter until softened; add powdered sugar.
- Beat until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs.
- Spread this mixture over crumbs.
- Slice bananas and arrange over this mixture. Spoon pineapple over bananas, then spread thawed whipped topping over this.
- Decorate with chocolate and cherries; refrigerate for 4 hours.
