Copycat Chocolate Chip Cookie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl whisk flour, baking soda and baking powder together. Set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugars together in the bowl of a standup mixer. Add eggs and vanilla and continue to mix until blended. Slowly add flour mixture into the creamed mixture in batches mixing well in between. If necessary, remove dough to a larger bowl and mix in chocolate chips with a spoon or by hand.
  4. Lightly spray cookie sheets with cooking spray and using a 1 1/4" cookie scoop place dough 2" apart onto the dray. Bake 12 minutes or until just done and lightly brown. Don't over cook them as they will then be crisp all the way through.
  5. Makes 122 cookies.
