Gooey S’More Cookies
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 whole Egg
- 8 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- 1/2 cups Crushed Graham Crackers
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350 F. Spray 2 baking sheets with non stick cooking spray. In a large bowl sift together your flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- 2. In another large bowl cream together your egg, butter, vanilla, granulated sugar, brown sugar and milk with an electric mixer. Mix your dry ingredients slowly into your wet.
- 3. Fold in your chocolate chips and graham crackers.
- 4. Take a medium sized ice cream scoop and scoop 18 rounds onto two baking sheets, leaving and inch or so between each for the cookies to spread out. Add a few marshmallows to the top of each cookie (otherwise your marshmallows will melt out of the cookies.) Bake for 15 minutes then remove pans from oven and set on a rack. Cool completely before serving.
