Pronto Taco Soup

  1. In a large saucepan, cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Add the broth, tomatoes, picante sauce, pasta, green pepper, chili powder, parsley and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  4. Garnish with cheese and tortilla chips.
  5. Yield:
  6. 8 servings (2 qts.).
