White Chip Brownies
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. baking cocoa
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) white morsels, divided
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Beat butter and sugar together in large mixing bowl.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups morsels. Pour into greased 9-inch square baking pan.
- Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out slightly sticky.
- Cool in pan on wire rack (brownies will sink in center when cooled).
- Melt remaining morsels; drizzle over top of brownies.
- Makes 16 brownies.
