Peanut Butter Overload Pretzel Bars
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 1/2 cups Peanut Butter (I Used Creamy, But Crunchy Will Work Too)
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cups Cake Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2 whole Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup Crushed Pretzels
- 3/4 cups Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
- 1/2 cups Reese's Pieces Candy
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
- Melt the butter and peanut butter together until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, flour, and salt. Gradually add to the butter and peanut butter and mix well. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in the pretzels, peanut butter chips and Reece's Pieces and stir until combined. Pour into the prepared dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 28-30 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and begin to pull away. Cool completely before cutting.
- Note: Peanut butter chips should be available in the baking section near the chocolate chips. If you can't find them, just double the amount of Reese's Pieces candy that you add.
