Greek Green Goddess Salad Dressing
- 3 Tablespoons Feta Cheese Crumbles (Smashed)
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 2 drops Green Food Gel
- 3/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Chopped Fresh Dill
- 1/2 teaspoons Greek Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Parsley
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt (Kosher Or Sea Salt)
- In a mixing bowl add feta crumbles. With a spoon, smash and stir. Add Greek yogurt, sour cream and green food coloring and stir with a sturdy spatula. Add all the other ingredients and stir well. Transfer to a glass carafe, container or jar with a lid.
- Refrigerate one hour before serving. Shake/mix well before using.
- We love this on mixed greens, in a cucumber salad, spread on a hamburger bun, or to dip fresh veggies into. Super flavorful. I always have some in my refrigerator. Enjoy!
